John Deere W540 EGR delete
It is very annoying when you’re in the middle of harvesting and all of a suddon the machine goes on strike because the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) fails.
This happened to this John Deere W540, you could now spend thousand of dollars on the repair and wait for several days until it is fixed.
But this was no option for the owner of this W540.
With our in house developed and tested software solution the EGR valve can simply be deleted and ist plug disconnected. It is even possible to block the valve mechanically with the software solution.
Now this Harvester can resume ist work.
