DAF XF EURO 6 remapped by software

The new DAF XF Euro 6 series with the 12.9 liter engine was tested on dyno through its paces.
After days of remapping the engine managment we got a good balance between power and fuel economy.

 

The model XF with 460 HP engine got the following result

 

original: 478HP / 2340NM => Dynosheet

tuned: 539HP / 2659NM (+61HP +319NM) => Dynosheet 

 

Fuel savings are 2.5 - 2.8 liters expected to 100KM.
